Real time customer loan status for Realtors.
The eLucid™ RealTime app enables Realtors to monitor the status of their customers in your loan process. The app integrates with your CRM and LOS enabling you to add agencies and agents then assign credentials. Customers are added to each agent’s account as they submit applications.
The eLucid™ RealTime app provides each agent with a list of his or her customers who are currently being processed in your system. You can opt to allow agents to view all customers for all agents or just their own customers. Tap a customer name to view their individual details and current loan status.
Each customer’s record includes their name, contact information, and application date. Their loan status is represented in a vertical bar, segmented into seven main status categories. Sub category statuses appear in green as they are reached, providing full transparency into the loan process. Agents can tap their customer’s email or phone number to initiate direct contact from within the app.
